For Prairie Wires Modular 2025, Edmonton synthesist Kris Burwash will collaborate with Winnipeg Violist Jennifer Theissen to perform a new semi-improvised work inspired by the piece Zinia Elegans from the album Amaranth Coral Fountain on Berberophone Recordings originally recorded by Burwash and Nadir Bellahmer in 2023.
